2. Eligibility

By using Torsy Engage to Earn, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a guardian.
  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

3. Account & Access

3.1 User Registration

  • You can access the platform using Twitter (X) login and connect a Phantom Wallet.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet.

3.2 Account Restrictions

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in spam, bot activity, or fake engagements.
  • Attempt to manipulate campaigns unfairly.
  • Violate these Terms of Use or harm the platform's integrity.

4. Platform Use & Features

4.1 Army Members

  • Engage in Twitter (X) and Telegram tasks to earn TORSY tokens.
  • Tasks include liking, retweeting, commenting, or engaging with Telegram communities.
  • Rewards are distributed based on verified actions and platform algorithms.

4.2 Project Owners

  • Register projects and deposit TORSY tokens to launch campaigns.
  • Set up campaigns for Twitter, Telegram, or other engagement tasks.
  • Access real-time performance tracking and analytics.

4.3 Staking & Locked Features

  • Some features, like staking, airdrops, and advanced campaigns, may require reaching a certain level or holding a minimum balance of TORSY tokens.
  • Unlocked features depend on XP progression and platform rules.

5. Payments, Rewards & Withdrawals

5.1 Earning TORSY Tokens

  • Users earn TORSY tokens for completing verified engagement tasks.
  • Tokens are credited to the user’s Phantom Wallet after successful validation.

5.2 Campaign Budget & Payments

  • Project Owners must fund campaigns in TORSY tokens before launching.
  • Campaigns will be paused if the allocated budget is depleted.

5.3 Withdrawals & Fees

  • Users can withdraw TORSY tokens to their connected Phantom Wallet.
  • Withdrawal transactions may include blockchain network fees.
  • The platform is not responsible for wallet issues, lost funds, or incorrect transactions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Engage in fake engagements, bot activities, or multi-account abuse.
  • Use automated scripts or software to manipulate rewards.
  • Promote fraudulent, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Violations may result in a ban, loss of rewards, or legal action.

7. Risks & Disclaimer

  • TORSY tokens are not financial securities. Using the platform does not guarantee profits.
